Most transformation fails in the handoff.

Strategy decks are written by one firm; the software is built by another. The intent leaks out in between — and what ships is neither the vision nor a working product.

We don't hand off. The people who scope the work are in the room when it's built, and the engineers who build it understand why it matters. That's the whole model.

It's why our clients tend to be the ones who tried the strategy-then-outsource route first — and came to us to make it real. A decade in, we've learned that shipping is the only proof that counts — lessons we write up on our engineering blog.

A legacy banking back-office becomes a mobile app.

The problem

A bank's services lived behind a legacy core — secure, but with no modern, multi-language app its retail customers could use day to day.

What we build

A Flutter app on the existing banking stack: challenge-response authentication, transaction signing, and multi-language delivery, scoped in phases against a live rollout.

The outcome

A customer-facing app that meets the institution's security bar and ships to a real rollout — transformation without ripping out the core.

The problem

A manufacturer relied on people spotting safety and quality issues on the floor — inconsistent, after-the-fact, and impossible to scale across shifts.

What we build

On-prem computer vision on the existing cameras: detection running inside their network, a supervised agent that self-recovers, and a portal to review events by zone.

The outcome

Incidents caught as they happen, on live feeds, with no footage leaving the site — running on hardware they already owned.

Releases were manual, rare, and stressful — every deploy a risk, with no clear view of what broke or why once it was live.
