What DevOps services do you offer?

CI/CD, cloud migration, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and cost optimization on AWS, GCP, and Azure — as consultants or as a DevOps-as-a-service team, engineering-led.

Do you replace our in-house team?

No — we complement it. We embed with your engineers, build the pipeline and infrastructure with them, and leave them able to run and extend it. We'd rather make your team faster than create a dependency.

Can the pipeline be self-hosted so our code stays in-house?

Yes. Self-hosted, on-prem CI/CD on your own runners — source, secrets, and artefacts never leave your network. It avoids the lock-in and IP exposure of a fully managed third-party pipeline.

Do you do cloud migration?

Yes — to AWS, GCP, or Azure, in phases with a rollback path at each step. It usually pairs with our digital transformation work on the application itself.

How do you measure success?

By the DORA metrics — deploy frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR — plus cloud cost. We baseline them at the start and report against your numbers, not fabricated benchmarks.

Do you offer Kubernetes and IaC?

Yes — Kubernetes where it earns its complexity, and infrastructure as code in Terraform so environments are reproducible and reviewable. DevSecOps and observability are wired in from the start.
